Oh look, the dog caught car again..

A wacko judge in Texas declared the entire ACA unconstitutional, which likely means.. well, nothing, for now. And Republicans.. rejoice? Doubtful. Meanwhile Rachel enlightens us as to gross injustice in the ironic era of conservatives pretending to care about victims of trafficking and sex crimes and Trump is so deep in the shit with Mueller it's surprising we can see his yellow mop head peak out from the top.. 

The wolves are at the door..

Things are heating up for Individual 1, but before that we discuss how some gross overreaction the name of trafficking might change social media forever, crazy racist ladies cutting students' hair without their consent, and some various this n that. I know you all tune in for the this n that. Oh.. and there's some Mueller stuff for ya.

And no, thankfully, the movie review is unrelated to Matt Whitaker's Big D*ck Toilet.. but it is about a guy putting his d*ck places that got him in trouble. So it's sort of an episode all about d*cks. What can we say?

The day after...

The midterms are done, and well, we survived. At least physically, our sanity is another story. We break it all down for you: the good, the bad, the ugly, and the bizarre. And then, just today, Jeff Sessions gets the boot and liberals are... upset about that (for good reason!) What a time to be alive. 

The home stretch

The last podcast before we either get the triage we desperately need in the form of a House flip, or a further (and rapid) slide into fascism. Not that there's much at stake.. Meanwhile, some bozos famous for internet conspiracy theories try to frame Robert Mueller for rape and it goes about as well as you'd expect.

We unpack the would-be mail bomber, and the white supremacist who successfully shot up a synagogue. No witty puns here.. I'm kind of out of them. 

Kavanaugh - the aftermath

We apologize for being off the air last week. It was just a bit too much to process. But we're back, and we break down what was more or less inevitbale, Jeff Flake's histrionics aside. Also, we discuss the chutzpah of regimes like the one in Saudi Arabia to just off journalists they don't like in the age of Trump, and yea, climate change is totoally going to fuck us, and we're way past the debate stage. Time for mitigation, to whatever extent we can. It's a cheerful episode. So walk on sunshine with us and stuff. 

Kavanaugh update -after the hearing and North Dakota Water Rights update

First, Rachel recounts her trip to North Dakota, just for fun. Kidding of course, literally no one goes to North dakota for fun. She was helping with the legal case for the Standing Rock Water Rights protestors, and has a lot of interesting insight. A story that, had it not been in the midst of a presidential race, would have been a huge national story. Next, we recap Dr. Chrstine Blasey Ford's testimony to Congress and Kavanaugh's, and oh dear, are there things to discuss..
